A Maharishi AyurVeda consultation offers the chance to learn more about your own individual state of balance, and how to promote good health and prevent disease.

These consultations, which include pulse diagnosis, help determine your individual nature, or mind- body type. The practitioner can also locate any imbalances you might have.
Based on the consultation, the practitioner will then give you specific advice on:

• Detoxification treatments
• Maharishi AyurVeda herbal supplements.

Our Resident Maharishi AyurVeda Practitioner
Maharishi AyurVeda treatment begins with a personal health evaluation from a qualified practitioner. This takes about 60 minutes, and enables the practitioner to assess your health requirements. The practitioner will give personal advice on a range of methods for improving your health and on natural measures to rectify any underlying imbalances that are identified.
Suneeta Lakshmi Lies is from a multi-generational Vedic family. She was raised in Barbados, educated in the US as an undergraduate, lived for many years in Germany, and is now based here in Suffolk, England. She is a local and global citizen with a rich tapestry of life experiences and world travels.
Suneeta Lakshmi qualified as an Ayurveda Lifestyle and Nutrition Consultant (AC) in London and also holds a 3-year Master of Science in Maharishi AyurVeda and Integrative Medicine (MAVIM) with distinction from Maharishi International University, a private consciousness-based University that pioneered in Regenerative Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Living education. Over the three years, she trained and practised Advanced Pulse Analysis (Nadi Vigyan) on clients guided by the distinguished Maharishi AyurVeda Doctor, Vaidya Manohar Palakurthi, and the highly knowledgeable and experienced Maharishi AyurVeda Health & Physiology educator, Dr Paul Morehead.
With the MAVIM approach she addresses the body, mind, and environment of individuals to help them become holistically healthy.
Her compassionate and empathetic singular modality or multi-modality root cause approach is deepened and supplemented by Master of Arts (MA) knowledge courses in Sanskrit, Vedic Science, and she has completed an in-hospital clinical in observation and correct practice of Panchakarma therapies in Kerala, India – the birthplace of Ayurveda.
Suneeta Lakshmi is also certified and highly skilled in Maharishi Sukshma Marma Therapy – a specialised subtle but powerful healing technique revived, researched, studied and refined over decades of practice by German Medical Doctor & Maharishi AyurVeda Practitioner, Dr Ernst Schrott, together with distinguished Indian Physicians. It is the art of transcendental Marma Massage using high-quality unique aromatherapy and Marma oils to gently rebalance the flow of Prana, one’s vital life energy, and help address numerous disorders. She trained under the tutorship of renowned Dr Rainer Picha and Dr Walter Moelk at Maharishi European Research University in the Netherlands. She is a Practitioner Member of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and an affiliate of the International Maharishi AyurVeda Foundation for approved health professionals (IMAVF).
